It has a complete set of features to create Windows Installer (MSI) files from legacy software installations and tools to modify existing Windows Installer packages.

USB and Port Security for Desktop Authority
Available as an option with Desktop Authority 7.x. The USB and Port Security option protects enterprises against data theft and misuse of company property by preventing users from attaching USB sticks, MP3 players, cameras and other removable storage devices. It can also disable other ports (parallel, serial, network, ) and stop CDs and DVDs from being recorded. All attempts at connecting unauthorized devices will display an alert to the user, and are also logged centrally in Desktop Authority’s reporting database.
